With over twenty years of experience in the industry and its highly qualified staff for turn-key solutions, MP designs and organizes meetings and conferences all over Italy.
Meeting Planner’s internal procedures are per the ISO 9001: 2015 quality standards for the organization of events (EA35 business services – EA37 training), based on specific professional industry standards.
In 2019 Meeting Planner srl decided to supplement its system of control routines and corporate standards of conduct with its own Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italy’s Legislative Decree 231/01. The Control Model has ensured and maintained a formal and clear organizational system to secure correct, transparent and lawful conduct in its business operations and management and prevent the commission of the crimes itemized in the Decree’s provisions “on the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations, including those without legal personality.”
On-going staff training and development is based on a shared training plan which is defined each year once the staff’s training needs are identified and assessed. This means Meeting Planner can count on the high-level performance of its staff thanks to their professional competence and skills.
The Conference Division takes care of all the facets and steps of event organization: pre-conference requirements, location scouting, feasibility checks, catering services, equipment and fixtures, multilingual conference service staff, interpreters, transportation, hotel rooming list management, contracts with sponsors, social and tourist programmes, gala dinners, inauguration ceremonies, organizing travel plans and any other aspect to ensure a successful event.
Meeting Planner has its own travel agency license. It can issue airplane tickets and arrange or sell any travel services and activities.
